Free delivery on orders over £30*
Orders over £30 are delivered free to mainland UK addresses. Order before 4pm on a working day and we despatch the same day.
*£30 excluding VAT, which is £36 including VAT, on the value of the goods before delivery. Applies to standard delivery to mainland UK addresses. Not available on next working day delivery or to remote areas.

Delivery times are in working days, Monday to Friday, and exclude weekends and bank holidays. Next working day delivery is available on orders placed by 2pm; orders placed later are despatched the following working day.
Despatch
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are printed, packed and despatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are despatched on the next working day. We will email you when your order is on its way.

If your address is in one of these areas, please choose Remote Areas delivery at checkout. Free delivery and next working day delivery are not available to remote areas. If a mainland option is chosen for a remote address, we will contact you before despatch to arrange the remote area charge.
Remote areas include the following postcodes: AB31 to AB38, AB44 to AB56, BT, FK17 to FK21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27 to KA28, KW, PA20 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH17 to PH26, PH30 to PH44, PH49 to PH50, TR21 to TR25 and ZE.
Who delivers your order
We send orders by Royal Mail or by courier, depending on size and service. Where tracking is available, the link is included in your despatch email.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, let us know and we will put it right under our 30 day satisfaction promise.
If nobody is available to take delivery, the carrier will leave a card or try again. Parcels that cannot be delivered are returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
