Who we are
CheapSafetySigns is a trading name of PureROI Limited, 80 Grove Lane, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 6ED. PureROI Limited is the data controller for the personal information described here. For any privacy question, email orders@cheapsafetysigns.co.uk.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, company name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, phone number and the items you buy.
- Payment details: card and payment information is processed by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Messages: anything you send us through our contact form or by email.
- Reviews: if you leave a review, your name and review content.
- Browsing data: your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technology.

Who we share it with
We only share your information with service providers who help us run the shop, and only as much as they need:
- Shopify, which hosts our online shop and processes orders.
- Payment providers, which process your payment.
- Couriers and delivery companies, which deliver your order.
- Our review provider, which collects and displays product reviews.
- Our accountants and professional advisers, where needed.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision or by approved contract terms. We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for six years to meet our tax obligations. Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Account details are kept until you ask us to close your account.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the shop work, for example to remember your basket. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can change your cookie choices at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
