No. You can order a single sign, and orders over £30 ex VAT qualify for free delivery.

Yes. Every product has quantity price breaks, shown on the product page. The more of a sign you order, the lower the price per sign.

Email orders@cheapsafetysigns.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has not been despatched, we will change or cancel it for you. If it has already left us, you can return it under our 30 day satisfaction promise.

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you view your order history and reorder more quickly.

Standard delivery is free on orders over £30 ex VAT and £2.95 ex VAT on smaller orders. Next working day delivery is £7.95 ex VAT. Full details are on our delivery page.

Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are despatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are despatched the next working day.

Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 working days. For next working day delivery, choose it at checkout and order by 2pm.

We email you when your order is despatched. Where the carrier provides tracking, the link is included in that email.

Yes. For the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isles of Scilly, choose Remote Areas delivery at checkout. It costs £9.95 ex VAT and takes 5 to 8 working days. The postcodes covered are listed on our delivery page.

Every order is covered by our 30 day satisfaction promise. If you are not happy with your signs, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.

Fill in the form on our returns page or email us with your order number. We reply within one working day with the next steps.

Let us know, with a photo if you can, and we will send a replacement or refund you at no cost, including any return postage. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.

Our signs are printed on self adhesive vinyl. Peel off the backing and apply to any clean, dry, smooth surface such as walls, doors, glass or machinery.

Our vinyl signs are designed mainly for indoor use. If you need signs for outdoor or harsh environments, contact us before ordering and we will advise.

Where a standard safety symbol exists, our signs use the BS EN ISO 7010 symbol, so they carry the same meaning wherever they are seen.

The signs you need depend on the hazards identified in your risk assessments, including your fire risk assessment. Our starter packs cover the signs most workplaces need, and we are happy to help if you are unsure.

Sizes are listed in millimetres on each product page. Choose a size that can be read clearly from where people will see it. Larger signs suit corridors, warehouses and open areas, and smaller ones suit doors and equipment.

Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. The options available are shown at checkout.

Yes. Every order has a full VAT invoice showing our VAT number GB399117065. Email us with your order number and we will send it to you.

Yes. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers and we never see or store your full card details.
