Our 30 day satisfaction promise
Every order is backed by our 30 day satisfaction promise. If your signs fall short of what you expected for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever suits you best.
How to return an item
Fill in the returns form below, or email orders@cheapsafetysigns.co.uk with your order number.
We reply within one working day with the return address and next steps.
Once we receive the items, we send your replacement or refund your payment.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, let us know with a photo if you can. We will put it right at no cost to you, including any return postage. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.
Changed your mind
Unused signs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please keep the backing on self adhesive signs and return them in their original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility, so we recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the items.
Custom items
Signs made to your own wording or design are not covered by this promise unless they are faulty or differ from the proof you approved.
This promise is in addition to your statutory rights, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
